My best friend Josh and his bf are going to be in the audience for the Martha Stewart Halloween special on Friday. In order to be in the audience, you have to showcase your best costume attire based on the theme that she picks. This year, the theme is "Statues". Josh, David and two other friends decided they would go as busts of famous composers. David and one of his friends decided to make a preview video. Hope you enjoy!!

LOS ANGELES - Brad Pitt has donated $100,000 to fight California's November ballot initiative that would overturn the state Supreme Court decision legalizing same-sex marriage.

It's the first time voters will be asked to ban same-sex marriage in a state where gay couples already have won the right to wed. Same-sex marriage is legal in Massachusetts and California.

So... for Sweetest Day... Will and I decided to treat each other to new cell phones :) We were both kinda wanting new phones anyway... so we went ahead and bought two Apple Iphone's!!!!!!! Fucking Amazing! This is probably one of the coolest things I've ever owned :) Now I just have to learn to use it!

Across the Universe

So... I finally was able to see Across the Universe this weekend. It was definitely worth the wait it took to play in Ohio. I find this period of history so compelling... My parents were just a few years too young to really appreciate living during the late 60's. I find myself wondering what I would have done in that time... Burning my draft card? Hiding my Homosexuality? So much has changed... for the better. I feel we must understand the importance of learning from history and use this history to brighten the future. Have we not learned anything from Vietnam and unnecessary wars? I'm counting down the days until DICTATOR Bush is no longer in charge of our "great" country and rejoice in the optimism we will once feel again. Just like the movie, I want to go to the top of a building in NYC... or any other city for that matter and sing through a gargantuan megaphone...."All You Need is Love". See the Movie!!!!
